The unit registry of the Becton Unlisted Property Funds is maintained by Registries (Victoria) Pty Limited. Their responsibilities include processing applications, distribution payments, dispatching transaction confirmations and annual tax statements.
Registries (Victoria) Pty Limited has an online facility “InvestorServe” enabling you to access up to date information on your investment at any time and at your own convenience. Through the “InvestorServe” facility you can:
- View your unitholdings – including confirmation of holding balance
- View your distribution details and history
- Lodge your TFN, ABN or exemption codes
- Update your address details
- Update your banking details
